The American Latvian Youth Association's annual Kongress is a weekend event where Latvian youth around the US gather to brainstorm goals on how to gather the Latvian youth of America, where to better represent the interests of Latvian youth, and overall keep the Latvian identity outside Latvia. This is the time to vote on board members and vote on resolutions and reflect on the previous year.
